Affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church, Wesley Homes is a not-for-profit, mission-driven organization governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees. Profits are applied back into the organization to provide additional programs and services for our residents.

Cottages, apartments, home health care, assisted living, adult day care and skilled nursing are all available at Wesley Homes Des Moines.

Auburn’s newest retirement community, Wesley Homes Lea Hill, provides a more affordable option with a 100% refundable entrance deposit based on the size of the accommodation. Residents at Wesley Homes Lea Hill have the opportunity to apply to the Wesley Homes Foundation for financial assistance if needed but it is not guaranteed. Wesley Homes Lea Hill offers village homes and apartments in a variety of settings and care levels through specialized dementia care. Residents at Wesley Homes Lea Hill have priority access to skilled nursing on the Des Moines campus.
