They offer the support and resources one needs to make a successful transition through professional coordination of a wide variety of service providers. In conjunction with our own Wesley Homes Home Health agency, Elder and Adult Day Services and independent contractors for home repair; we are offering a great resource at this year's Open Houses. Many times seniors state they are "Not Ready" to consider preparing for the future as they need practical considerations, resources and suggestions that "make sense" and provide a good fit in their life.
