Not to hijack this thread, but I’d like to find out if I can have a short sale and I can’t figure out how to find a good, local realtor… do you have any info on this realtor? They’re listed in the city of Fair Oaks, CA not too far from my son’s school and I can’t find reviews on them – Becky Lund & Associates, 8814 Madison Ave Fair Oaks, CA 95628 (916) 531-7124.
