A Help Desk has been established in an effort to provide better service to the Residents and Employees of Wesley Homes. The telephone number for the Help Desk is; 206-870-1218.
All computer and telephone related issues will be called in to the Help Desk. When a call comes in the technician will first attempt to resolve the issue, if the technician cannot resolve the issue; then a ticket (work order) will be issued, the caller will be given a ticket number which will be used to track the work order, and the ticket will be assigned to a technician.
The hours of operations for the help desk is; Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. After hours and weekends, you may call the help desk number and leave a message. If the problem has to do with failure or outages of resident internet, network for employees or telephone service; please call the Terrace Front Desk, in Des Moines or Lea Hill’s Front Desk. The front desk will contact the on-call technician. All other service request will be responded to during normal help desk hours of operation. This will be effective as of 3/8/10.
