Recipe of the Month: Baked Chicken, Apple and Havarti in Phyllo
October 3rd, 2012This month’s recipe is a delight from Wesley Homes Lea Hill’s Harvest Moon Open House: Baked Chicken, Apple and Havarti in Phyllo.
24 Phyllo Cups
2 each Apples, Diced Small
1 pound Chicken, Cooked, Diced
5 ounces Celery, Diced Small
5 ounces Onion, Diced Small
3/4 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
5 ounces Raisins
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Havarti Cheese, Diced Small
Combine all ingredients well and chill. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in a Phyllo cup. Garnish with a slice green onion. Makes 24 servings.
